Most people don't remember to change their filters regularly, this makes a huge difference for a couple of bucks + you get cleaner air.
SMALLER LAUNDRY LOADS
Your dryer is a massive energy hog. Ddrying your clothes in smaller batches will reduce drying time drastically. Also consider drying after 8pm when utility rates are cheapest in some areas. BONUS TIP: Put a dry towel in with each load of wet clothes that goes into the dryer... SUPER FAST DRYING.

Modern video game systems and DVRs should be totally unplugged if you're not using them. These bad boys take a lot of power even in standby... be sure to check the DVR in your spare bedroom or guest room if you have it.
